CIDER from France
19/1/17
Champagne style cider produced in Brittany, France since 1920.
Kerisac was founded by Edmond Guillet and is located in the town of Guenrouët, in the Loire-Atlantique département (Brittany).
The best Breton apples are used to achieve the perfect balance of sweet and sour tastes. The apples are harvested between September and December and left to ripen for 3 weeks. The apples are pressed, filtered and bottled. The cider is then stored and maintained at a low temperature. Varieties available are Traditional, Brut, Sweet, Rose and Organic all in 750ml bottles. For those who prefer, a pear variety is also available.
