Ingredients

For Scallops:-

4 Royal scallops

1 tender zucchini

cream

saffron

Gratinating:-

breadcrumbs

grated graviera cheese

dill

garlic

prosciutto

mustard powder

olive oil

fine chopped parsley

Method

Step 1

Saute with extra virgin olive oil the royal scallops with zucchinis.

Step 2

Prepare the cream with the saffron.

Step 3

Serve in a big shell in the follwing way.

Step 4

Cream with saffron.

Step 5

Scallops with zucchini.

Step 6

The mixture for gratinating.

Step 7

After putting them all with this order, gartin for 2 minutes
